10/25 - Begin Ch 24 and Research paper due

Today the research paper was due. This is your first grade for the second nine weeks, and is worth 100 points. If you were absent, make sure to turn it in to the absent folder tomorrow. If you did not turn it in, please turn it in soon, so that you can at least get partial credit!!

Then, we talked a bit about Hurricane Wilma, and the fact that TS Alpha formed (making this the most active hurricane season on record).

We then began learning about Ch 24, Water in the Atmosphere. We talked about humidity and what happens to water molecules as it goes from solid to liquid to gas, we also talked about latent heat, and began learning about relative humidity.
