9/28 - Begin learning about the Atmosphere (Chapter 23)

Today we finished up the group projects, and then began Chapter 23 on the Atmosphere. We covered most of Chapter one including the elements and compounds present in the atmosphere, what meteorologists do, what ozone is (and why its good that it is there), the oxygen in the atmosphere (and the chemical balance between oxygen and carbon dioxide), the nitrogen cycle, and atmospheric pressure.

If you missed the notes, be sure to get them from one of your classmates.
